- Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – £12.95
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over £50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium bedroom furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Made-to-order pieces
- Most wardrobes

How to Return an Item
